The high school Competitive Writing team participated in their second competition on Friday, October 25th. They were tasked with writing editorials about the use of AI, and they had to cite their sources. The team is currently awaiting their scores. Did you know October is Careers in Construction Month?
Thank you to our students and staff who dressed up to represent our careers in construction.

Students in grades 9 and 10 were able to create and update their Brag Sheets!
While we generally do not encourage students to brag, we are doing our best to make sure they can identify all of the different activities they participate in and volunteer for and identify their skills and interests. Students use their brag sheets to help them apply for scholarships, fill out college and apprenticeship applications, and share with individuals who they ask for letters of recommendation. Great job, 9th and 10th graders!
On Thursday, students and staff were able to “Dream Big” and wear PJs to school as part of our October College Month activities. Participants were also able to grab “swag” from colleges, trades, and businesses.
