St. Charles Community School Students have been shining bright in Saginaw County this week first on Sunday and then today. Football players: Brady Robishaw, Connor Eastman, Tyler Zelinko, Hunter Thurston, Boston Hilden, Gavin Burk, Ryan Cornford, and cross country and sideline cheerleader Landry Gomez were accompanied by Athletic/Transportation Director Leon Larsen, Superintendent Mark Benson, and Cross Country Coach Raquel Gomez at the Saginaw County Breakfast For Heroes at the YMCA. The athletes were complimented by many and the school received a note this afternoon saying thank you for sending a group of STC student athletes to our Heroes Appreciation Breakfast and the Veterans Services Office ribbon cutting ceremony at the YMCA in Saginaw. They were so helpful and respectful. They did whatever was asked of them! They did a great job of welcoming our heroes, and their families, engaging in conversations with them, walking with them to the breakfast and thanking them for their service. A PROUD BULLDOG MOMENT!
