In accordance with the Michigan Public Health Code, technicians from the SaginawCounty Department of Public Health will be conducting Vision Screening in our school on Thursday, November 10th, 2022. vision screening will be completed on children in, 7 th grade, self-contained Special Ed classes, and any parent or teacher requests in 6 th and 8 th grades.

It's been one hundred years since St. Charles football program started and the 2022 team is the final team to play with an eleven man team. Starting in the fall of 2023 St. Charles will be going to 8 man! Go Bulldogs!!!!!

Singer Alex Schofield showed up this afternoon to say thank you to Mr. Wicke, Chloe Reno , and Mallory Flory for helping him in September at his concert. Alex is a 2012 graduate of St. Charles. Thank you Alex!
Student Work Hard And Get Creative At St. Charles Middle/High School. STEM teacher Fran Hunt challenged her students to create a wall marble run that would last for 60 seconds. In this activity, students used recyclable materials to make their wall marble run. This is a great way to learn about physics concepts like kinetic and potential energy. The challenge: Can your marble move through the run for sixty seconds. STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
The performance gym at St. Charles Middle/High School was occupied this morning by juniors and seniors visiting with individuals from the military, colleges, trades, and employers. It was the First Annual Career Fair. Representatives shared the opportunities their respective careers have to offer. It was a huge success and a proud bulldog moment. On Wednesday, November 2, 2022, St. Charles Middle/High School will be hosting a College/Trades/Military Fair for juniors and seniors. The fair will take place in the Performance Gymnasium. Seniors will attend the fair from 8:15 AM until 9:15 AM. Juniors will attend the fair from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM. During this time there will be 38 participants available for our students to meet with.
The Performance Gyn is set and ready for the College/Trades/Military Fair.
MSgt Barnett met with students today during lunch to discuss the opportunities that are available with the United States Air Force.

What a great day! It was fun to have the elementary children parade their costumes in the halls of the Middle/High School. They were amazing!

The sophomores were able to explore different career paths at the MiCareer Quest at SVSU. Students were able to try hands-on activities ranging from trades, medical, agricultural, robotics, and many more.

It was a spooky, quirky, scary night in the performance gym Thursday night . However, no need to worry it was the 7th & 8th grade band dressed in Halloween costumes entertaining their audience at the annual Halloween Concert. It was a great night, listening to students play Halloween songs .
