Proud Bulldog Moment: Former Students Making A Difference: Currently former graduate Madelyne Fowler is Interning at The Davies Project, it's a non profit organization in Lansing that provides transportation to the hospitals for children with severe medical illnesses, pregnant woman, and parents with children in the NICU. Madelyne represented the organization on FOX 47 News to educate community members on how they can obtain transportation assistance to and from medical appointments and hospital visits.
Thank you to Mrs. Brcik, our Food Service Director, and her staff for packaging breakfast for the students who attended the Saginaw Career Complex Field trip. We appreciate all that you and your staff do!
Sophomores and interested juniors had the opportunity to take a field trip to the Saginaw Career Complex to explore the different programs available. The Saginaw Career Complex offers over 18 different programs ranging from welding to physical therapy to culinary to automotive. There is something for everyone!

Mrs. Brcik, our Food Service Director, organized a taste testing opportunity on Monday for the MS/HS lunch periods . STC would like to give a huge thank you to Tobi and Trisha for bringing in the "Impossible Burger" for our students to try out. The verdict is in.....the Impossible Burger was a big hit!

St. Charles wrestlers that competed at the Michigan Lutheran Seminary tournament Saturday came home with at least one win. Braden and Matias brought home "undefeated wrestler" medals. Congratulations Braden, Matias, Lydia, Zeke and Ben!

Michigan Army National Guard members SSG Boles and Private Hunt spent time during both lunches today speaking to students in grades 7-12.
Shari Hatfield, SISD Nutrition Facilitator, visited the first graders today at St. Charles Elementary School. The students had the opportunity to try a healthy pumpkin dip recipe as part of their “Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds” lesson. The students were then asked to be a “food critic” and rate the dip on a scale of 1-5 for visual appeal, smell, taste, and texture.
