A message from our Health Resource Advocate, Cristy Escamilla!
November is an excellent time to focus on forming healthy habits.
Our new challenge, "Holiday Hustle," is designed to help students across Saginaw County do just that.
This month, we encourage you to build routines that support your well-being, regardless of how busy life may get. To participate, simply log your activity at least three times a week throughout November.
Even in small amounts, regular activity can create lasting habits that help you feel better, stay focused, and enhance your daily life. Look for information from St. Charles Community Schools HRA on how to build new habits and break those you wish to change.
As you work on these habits, you'll also have a chance to win Airborne Jump Park passes in our raffle. So, let's hustle this November to start building those healthy habits now and watch how they can transform your life! The goal is to find a rhythm that works for you and to stick with it.
It's never too late to sign up. Visit stepup.bwellsaginaw.org to join today!
