Mr. Dinninger’s Classroom received a generous donation of much needed classroom supplies in memory of a former student. Ms. Amy Gillings made the donation in memory of her daughter, Carly Bott a 2017 St. Charles Alumni. A group of 6th grade students wrote excellent essays about Washington D.C. Mrs. Samyn (dressed up as Adam Sandler for homecoming spirit week) presented each of them with a certificate entitling them to $100 off the cost of the upcoming Washington D.C. trip. The following students received this award: Ryder Keilitz, Jacob Jerry, Katalina Muirhead, Sunnie Zoellner, and Easton Powlus. Way to go, 6th graders!
Spirit Week Monday was "Adam Sandler Day." Staff and students dressed the part to show their spirit. Go Bulldogs!!!! This marks the start of the 73rd Homecoming at St. Charles High School and 100 years of football. More pictures to come on the St. Charles Middle/High School page.
Kick Off Sunday Was A Huge Success! Seniors and freshmen outscored the sophomores and juniors in the powder puff game.

In recognition of "Fire Prevention Week," the students at St. Charles Elementary School were visited today by the Tri-Township Fire Department. The students learned valuable information during an assembly conducted by Lieutenant Jamie Faughnan. The students then had the opportunity to tour a fire truck. In addition, each student was given a drawstring bag and water bottle courtesy of the Tri-Township Fire Fighters.

Mrs. Hart put together this awesome showcase to encourage seniors who are college bound to apply for admission. Staff members are featured with the school they attended.
October is college month. Mrs. Hart our college and career advisor has planned different events to help students with college awareness. The Middle/High School students and staff kicked off College Month by having a door decorating contest. Staff and students worked together to design a door that followed a college and career theme.
