Congratulations to Victor Brcik for his 50 years of service in the custodial department at St. Charles Community Schools. We deeply appreciate your unwavering commitment to keeping our buildings clean and safe for all our staff and students.
On Thursday, March 14th, high school students from grades 9 to 12 spent their afternoon learning essential "life skills" such as budgeting, investing, and saving money, healthy eating, small engine repair, preparing 30-minute meals and desserts, cookie decorating, salon basics, card playing as a hobby, babysitting, and fixing a flat tire. Overall, it was an enjoyable and informative afternoon of learning. We would like to express our gratitude to the volunteers who generously shared their time and expertise with our students.
